Minced Pollock, Wheat Flour, Water, Dried Potato, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Palm Oil, Yeast, Salt, Potato Starch.
Directions
Keep frozen.
Store below 0 degrees F. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Cooking instructions:
For
best results use conventional oven. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Due to difference in appliances, cooking times may vary and require
adjustment.
Conventional oven.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place the flipper dippers on to the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 14 minutes.
Deep fry.
1. Pre-heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place the flipper dippers into the basket, separating to prevent from sticking.
4. Fry for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Warnings
