Cooking

until ready to enjoy and follow these instructions.Conventional Oven:1.
Place oven rack in center of the oven.2. Preheat oven to 475degF.3.
Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.4. Bake for
10 to 12 minutes.Note: Since appliances vary, cook to a minimum internal
temperature of 165degF. Cooking instructions For the best food quality
and safety, keep fish frozen until ready to enjoy and follow these
instructions.Microwave (1100-Watt Oven):1. Place frozen fish in a single
layer in a microwave-safe plate.2. Cover plate, and cook on power for
11/2 minutes. Flip fish over halfway through cooking.3. Let stand
covered in microwave for 2 minutes before serving.Caution! Steam can
cause burns—Please use caution when removing hot food!Note: Since
appliances vary, cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165degF.
