Less Of: Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour [enriched With Niacin,
Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt,
Soybean Oil), Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sugar, Leavening (sodium Acid
Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dextrose,

Instructions:Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven:1. Preheat oven
to 425degF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2. Place
frozen fish sticks in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow
metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3. Bake uncovered 14 to
16 minutes, or until crunchy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway
through baking. Let stand 3 minutes.
Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.

preparation is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not
thaw. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate
any unused cooked fish sticks. Do not purchase if carton is open or
torn. Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, cook to an internal
temperature of 165degF.
