Water, Cottonseed Oil and/or Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour, Contains 2% or
Less of Each of the Following: Breader (Enriched Wheat Flour [Enriched
with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic
Acid], Salt, Soybean Oil), Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sugar, Leavening (
Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate),
Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spice, Paprika.

Instructions:Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven:1 Preheat oven to
425F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2 Place frozen fish
fillets in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking
pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3 Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes.
Turn fish fillets over halfway through baking.
Keep frozen.

thoroughly. Do not purchase if carton is open or torn. Keep frozen.
For food safety and quality cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Microwave preparation is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to
use. Do not thaw. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly
refrigerate any unused cooked fish.
